Hello, I’m Jill, an experienced HR specialist based in the Manawatū and founder of Pivot HR. I’ve worked with businesses across Aotearoa for over 20 years, supporting everything from recruitment and onboarding to performance, compliance, change management, business growth and acquisitions.

I take a practical, real-world approach to HR, helping businesses put the right systems and documents in place while also supporting the everyday challenges of managing people.  I understand the pressures of running a busy operation and know how important it is to have tools and support that are clear, simple, and actually work on the ground.

I’m really pleased to be part of the NZ T&T expert panel and look forward to supporting members as you lay the foundations where needed and build from there.  Alongside the standard policy and employment documents, I’m available to help refine or adapt your people systems to support your business growth and to offer personal guidance when something more complex arises.
